Acceptable Use Policy

1. What we sell

SMT Proxies resells legitimate residential, datacenter, captcha, and server proxy access. Our service is intended for lawful purposes such as market research, brand protection, SEO monitoring, ad verification, price aggregation, QA testing, and application development.

2. Prohibited activity

You must not use our proxies to:

• Commit fraud, identity theft, credit card fraud, or account takeover.
• Distribute malware, ransomware, phishing content, spyware, or exploit kits.
• Send spam email, unsolicited SMS, or bulk unsolicited messages of any kind.
• Perform DDoS, brute-force, credential stuffing, or other network attacks.
• Access, download, distribute, or produce child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This is grounds for immediate account termination and reporting to authorities.
• Circumvent geo-restrictions on streaming or copyrighted content in violation of applicable law.
• Scrape, sell, or redistribute personal data in violation of GDPR, CCPA, or similar regulations.
• Access unauthorized computer systems or violate the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (or equivalent).
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity for deceptive purposes.
• Resell, sublease, or share our services without a written reseller agreement.

3. Rank Tracker (SERP data)

These terms apply in addition to the above if you use the Rank Tracker product.

• Authorization. You represent that you own, or are authorized to monitor, every domain you submit for tracking.
• No redistribution. Ranking data is licensed for your own reporting and internal use. You may not resell, republish, or redistribute it as a search-results feed, sublicense it, or use it to train machine-learning models.
• Volume limits. Keyword counts and refresh frequency are capped by your plan. We may throttle or suspend accounts that attempt to use the tracker as a general-purpose scraping service.
• Third-party data. Results are collected from third-party search engines. Rankings are personalized, geo-dependent and continuously tested by those engines, so we make no warranty of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or that a reported position will match what you see in your own browser.
• No outcome guarantee. We report positions; we do not influence or guarantee them.
• Service changes. Search engines change their products unilaterally. We may change the supported engines, tracked depth, refresh cadence, or reported fields with reasonable notice.
• Retention. Your ranking history is retained while your plan is active and for a reasonable period afterwards, and is deleted on request.

4. Enforcement

Violation of this policy will result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund. We cooperate with law enforcement when required by valid legal process. Severe abuses may be reported proactively.

5. Reporting abuse

If you believe our services are being used in violation of this policy, contact us at abuse@smtproxies.example. Include the offending IP address, timestamps (with time zone), and any relevant logs.

6. Updates

We may update this policy at any time. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance.
